**Your role and responsibilities**
As a Federal Subcontracts Administrator, you will be responsible for negotiating, monitoring, and administering subcontracts through the acquisition process. Manages subcontractor relationships and subcontracts, including the bidding process, negotiations, and execution; monitors subcontractor performance; develops and negotiates subcontract documents; and works closely with the contracts and negotiations department (C&N) to incorporate necessary flow-down clauses.
