Job Overview



The Industrial Control Systems (ICS) / SCADA Specialist is the primary technical lead responsible for hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, and lifecycle modernization of the base's critical Operational Technology (OT) and Facility Related Control Systems (FRCS). The specialist ensures the continuous and secure operation of critical utility plants and building automation systems.


Responsibilities

Essential Job Duties:

  • Lead phased upgrades and replacement of legacy programmable controllers, Remote Terminal Units (RTUs), and obsolete field devices with modern, supported architectures.
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and modernize FRCS and Operational Technology (OT) infrastructure throughout the installation.
  • Manage, program, and troubleshoot SCADA environments and Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs) supporting critical infrastructure systems including Potable Water, Wastewater, Steam, HVAC, and...
