Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (Licensed Registered Electrical Engineer required; Professional Electrical Engineer is an advantage)
- At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in substation design, construction, or related field
- Proficient in AutoCAD or similar electrical design software
- Familiar with NGCP, Meralco, or other DU grid interconnection processes and standards
