Key Responsibilities

• The Superintendent – Mechanical will work with the Subcontractors supervision, directing activities to project priorities, ensuring that required support is available, and monitoring labour and equipment levels for efficiency.
• Works to a 90-day look ahead schedule and provides leadership and guidance to site-based construction supervision (multi-discipline) and construction contractors.
