Overview of the Position

We are looking for a Electrical Superintendent based in our Madrid offices, with availability to relocate to the United States for a project in Kentucky.

Mision

Assist in the planning, design, organization and supervision of the construction of the electrical part.

Main functions

• Support the Construction Manager during the negotiation and closing of electrical assembly subcontracts. Validate the technical and media training of the different subcontractors submitting bids.
• Define sequence and work areas.
• Define the distribution of supervisors and the contracts to be controlled by each one of them.
• Review progress reports and incidents reported by supervisors.
• Deal with the subcontractors responsible for the possible incidents that may occur.
• Supervise the invoicing of the different subcontractors and give approval prior to approval by the Const. Manager.
