Minimum Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
- Matric (Grade 12)
- 4-6 Years Experience within a supervisory role in a manufacturing environment (food industry preferred)
- Knowledge of Industrial Relations (IR), including handling disciplinary procedures
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Computer literacy, with strong skills in Microsoft Excel
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure efficient workflow
- Lead and manage a team of production staff, ensuring performance standards are met
- Enforce company policies and procedures, including disciplinary processes
- Handle industrial relations matters, including issuing of warnings where necessary
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health and safety regulations
