Cossette Media offers a competitive salary for this role: $60,000 – $65,000 annually, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Own campaign execution from start to finish - tactical planning, trafficking, QA, pacing and optimizations on Google Search, Bing, SA360, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads & Reddit Ads.
• Lead strategic recommendations to align performance with client goals
• Actively optimize campaigns to drive performance against KPIs and client objectives
• Develop and maintain strategic and testing roadmaps in search and social
• Establish high caliber working relationship with internal and external stakeholders
• Support learning and development of performance specialists
• Produce effective analysis and insight for senior clients
• Develop and document performance search and social advertising product
• Write and present pre and post-buy documents, POV’s, reporting and industry updates
