ReturnPro is seeking an energetic, results-driven Production Supervisor to lead teammates in a logistics and assembly environment. This leader plays a critical role in ensuring smooth daily operations, coaching and developing teammates, and driving performance across production programs. Success in this role means balancing quality, productivity, cost, safety, and morale while keeping ReturnPro’s purpose at the center, solving the returns problem with innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead daily warehouse and assembly operations, ensuring throughput, accuracy, and efficiency.
