- You are expected to be on your feet for long periods of time
- Effective communication skills with guests and staff
- Quick thinking, basic math skills and great attention to detail
- Greet guests and make them feel comfortable
- Learn menu items and be able to describe them appropriately to guests
- Take orders and entering into the POS system
- Ensure all hygiene standards are followed
- General cleaning/dishwashing
- Cashier service
- Replenish of all baked goods and presenting them in best possible manner for customer
- Receiving, unpacking and storing of delivered goods
- Making sure that all areas of the shop is clean and neat
