Opportunity Description
Responsibilities
- Supervise employees in the production operations to ensure quality production output.
- Manage a team in achieving production schedules, maximize resources and reduce waste.
- Monitor machine utilization and coordinate with the managers on loading and machine planning.
- Liaise with Logistics, Order Fulfilments and QA to ensure smooth running of operations.
- Responsible for staff scheduling including work assignment / rotation, rest-time and overtime.
- Ensure workplace safety and food safety regulations are being practiced at all times.
- Conduct OJT for new hires and ensure that all production workers are adequately trained.
- Work closely with other department supervisors to ensure production handovers are effectively communicated.
- Provide day to day production operational duties.
- Any other ad-hoc duties required by the Management.
