Supplier Manager

Role Summary

The Supplier Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing supplier relationships with their assigned supplier portfolio to ensure quality, cost efficiency, strategy execution, and risk mitigation. The position acts as a liaison between the suppliers they manage and Category Management, Business Unit, and Global functions as required. The role requires up to approximately 75% travel within Spain and across the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Supplier Plans in collaboration with Category Management and BU teams, ensuring direct support of the category strategy and business strategic projects.
• Monitor spend and performance in line with category segmentation and recommend changes to Strategic & Tactical segmentation as necessary.
• Ensure compliance across all contractual agreements and supplier specific terms in alignment with Flowserve policies and procedures.
