Position: Supply Chain Excellence & Customer Care Manager

Reporting to: Supply Chain Head, Philippines
Job Purpose
Lead the processes of Order to Serve, warehousing and distribution ensuring complete alignment with the expectations of the business, those of our customers and adherence to policies internal and to the established budget. This position is critical as it is a key element in achieving our vision of being the preferred business partner for our clients.
Key Tasks And Accountabilities
- Ensure the inbound process is done correctly. (KPI: Lead Time of entry)
- Order management process that includes order taking, order acceptance, delivery generation. (KPI: Dispatch Rate / Order Cycle Time)
- Picking / packing and distribution process in a timely manner. (KPI: OTIF / Order Cycle Time)
- 3PL management under the established budget. (KPI: expense vs budget)
