JOB FUNCTION

a) FUNDAMENTAL PURPOSE

• The main purpose of this position is ensuring external customer as well as internal peer satisfaction by providing effective and efficient support relative to all aspects of order management.


• This position acts as a bridge between the company and its customers, ensuring the customer needs are met and fostering long-term loyalty.
