Supply Officer for Procurement - Airbus Defence & Space, Getafe (Madrid)

Responsibilities
- Participate in the introduction of new products (NPI)
- Verify and ensure order fulfillment
- Obtain and maintain order‑related data in the ERP system
- Analyze delays and prioritize urgent items based on the needs of the assembly lines and Customer Support
- Lead short‑ and long‑term operational action plans (e.g., missing parts, improvement of logistics flows)
- Ensure daily monitoring of Supply Chain performance (receiving, workshops, internal transport, shipping) and resolve disputes
- Ensure interactions with suppliers (remote and/or on‑site) and cross‑departments to implement corrective and preventive actions
