Responsible for challenging performance within the entity. In charge of standardizing and deploying exemplary results in SPS animation, continuous improvement, best practices deployment, and standards design. Train and coach, the perimeter for sustainability. Promote and utilize necessary Smart and Digital solutions to support the perimeter in Supply Chain Performance improvement. Develop and implement plans to integrate standard applications and processes that enhance overall site supply chain performance, driving efficiency and effectiveness. Support Business Transformation program deployment and readiness, aligning standard applications deployment roadmaps without impacting site supply chain performance.
