• Develop ramp‑up scenarios together with Project or NPI Managers, consider them carefully in the planning process, and monitor their execution.
• Support New Product Introduction, ramp‑up, and transfer projects.
• Define transfer timelines and project milestones; drive execution and track progress; ensure milestone achievement; identify and report deviations; highlight risks; evaluate trade‑offs; and make data‑driven decisions under uncertainty.
