Responsibilities- Act as the point of contact between the supervisor and internal/external clients
- Screen and also directly phone calls and disperse correspondence
- Take care of demands and queries suitably
- Manage diary and schedule conferences and visits
- Make travel plans
- Take dictation and prepare mins
- Source office supplies
- Produce reports, discussions and briefs
- Devise as well as maintain workplace filing system
- Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant
- Experience of office management systems and procedures
- MS Office and English proficiency
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Current with most recent workplace devices and applications
- Capacity to multitask and focus on everyday workload
