Professional Roles Train, coach and assess students and employees with special needs on-site to meet industrial standards and requirements of the nursing homes incorporating Work-readiness Skills and Work Habits - hard and soft skills. Support students and employees in integrating in workplace environment, including managing relationships with co-workers and supervisors Facilitate and support the implementation, review of the vocational education curriculum to enable students and employees with special needs to achieve competencies in both hard and soft skills.
