Creative Support is a non-profit provider of personalised care and support to people with learning disabilities, mental health needs, autism spectrum conditions, and older people. We are recruiting a Support Coordinator for our Mental Health Youth Service in Eastgarth.

We are looking for a Support Coordinator who is experienced in working with people who have mental health support needs.

We are looking for a calm, resourceful and energetic individual who is well motivated, hardworking and keen to join our team. The service consists of 7 self-contained flats within Newcastle. The service is part of Newcastle’s strategy to provide a wider range of living options for vulnerable people. The service supports people to increase their independence and connect with their communities/ develop social networks thus preventing admission into long term residential care or hospital and eventually moving back to their own homes or in a less supported environment.
