As part of the Exel Support Desk team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service to users of our ERP and Field Service Management business systems.
This is a technical role suited to a motivated team player with energy, a positive attitude toward learning, and a commitment to excellence. The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience or background in Engineering, Field Service, Accounting, ERP Systems, or IT
- A solid understanding of Relational Databases (e.g., MSSQL,)
- A logical approach to problem-solving and strong attention to detail
- The ability to work independently, quickly, and accurately under pressure
