This job is with Encode, Inc a fully owned subsidiary of Lancesoft

Lead as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in fighter/attack pilot training and tactics development, focusing on 4th and 5th generation high-performance aircraft.



Design, develop, and deliver innovative technical learning solutions tailored for aircrew training requirements.



Develop and maintain courseware and training content aligned with complex aircrew learning objectives and customer needs.



Instruct advanced pilot training courses and evaluate program effectiveness using customer feedback and operational data.



Develop CONOPS/Mission Assurance plan and deliver pilot simulator verification/test using Full Mission Simulators (FMS)



Operate the Instructor Operating Station (IOS) to execute approved training syllabi.
