We are looking for highly motivated, skilled and reliable Support Workers in Grimsby area. Supporting a male client with Cerebral Palsy and Learning Disability, ADHD and complex behaviour. Male only due to nature of the role.
This post is exempt under the Equality Act 2010 as there is a genuine occupational need to recruit Males due to the nature of the role.
You will need:
Caring, patient and empathetic natureExperience of communication with people at all levels and excellent communication skills.Motivation to make a difference to our clients6 months Experience of supporting clients with a Learning Disabilities and Complex BehavioursFull working rights to work in the UK (VP do not offer sponsorship) Your role would include:
Supporting with daily living tasks including maintaining healthy diet, domestic responsibilities, attending appointments.
