About The Role:

Join Northcott as we seek multiple driven Casual Support Workers to join our dedicated team in Roselands and the surrounding areas, supporting people with disabilities to live more independently.

• Running the day-to-day delivery of programs and activities in our day programs and Respite. 
• Support customers in developing skills and maintaining independence.
• Provide respectful, person-centred personal care.
• Use manual handling techniques and equipment safely and confidently.
• Build positive, empowering relationships that help customers achieve their goals.
