Opportunity Description
Radis Community Care have an opportunity for a Waking Nights Support Worker 10pm-7am to join our team based in School Gardens in Stouport on Severn
You will also be covering other sites within the Worcestershire area, so you must be a driver with access to a car.
We can offer between 1-4 Night shifts per week, so both part-time & full-time would be an option - this would include alternate weekends.
About the role
As a Support Worker in our Extra Care Scheme you will be predominately supporting the elderly who are finding it difficult to cope due to physical frailty, enabling them to maintain independence. The role involves aiding residents with restricted mobility to move to dining areas at meal times, communal areas for social activities and to the privacy of their bedrooms at their request.
