We’re recruiting Support Workers to provide person-centred care to young adults, with a combination of physical/and or learning disabilities, care and support at a charity-led Independent Supported Living environment.
The facility consists of 10 self-contained bungalows – all with onsite staff facilities and car parking.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll be helping individuals live as independently as possible by assisting with everyday tasks including:
· Cooking
· Cleaning
· Organising social activities
· Supporting with health appointments
