Responsibilities:
Handling of technical inquiries: Collaboration with the R&D and Sales teams to resolve internal and external technical questions
Execution of sampling and trials in the laboratory and pilot plant: Support in the operation and maintenance of the pilot facility, performance of corrosion tests, and bath conversions in the lab and pilot environment
Documentation: Preparation of technical documents such as test reports, specifications, and application guidelines to support Sales and facilitate customer communication
Technical support of customer projects: Product selection and process design in collaboration with the Sales team; support for selected projects on-site
