Opportunity Description
Responsibilities (A) Sales operations support (40%)
- Assist the sales team to prepare quotations, presentation, customers’ proposals, tendering documents and other ad hoc projects
- Generate weekly and monthly sales reports for sales tracking
- Prepare demand forecast by reviewing customer’s purchasing history and inputs from sales rep
- Work closely with the customerservice team making sure the orders can be delivered on time based on the POsand contracts’ requirements
- Assist in making customer’s appointment and customer’s follow-ups
- Prepare meeting minutes for weekly sales meeting
- Support the sales team in achieving sales targets, key objectives and initiatives
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding orders, products, and services
