Sust. Capacity Building Officer

Developing and implementing Sustainability learning programs based on Transformative Learning within Upstream Operations, including oil palm plantation units and processing mills.

Designing, reviewing, and periodically updating Sustainability curriculum, modules, and training materials.

Managing and facilitating the implementation of Action Learning Programs (ALP), as well as mentoring and coaching for Managers, SPO & EHS Region, and Assistants.

Monitoring and evaluating the impact of learning initiatives, and preparing and delivering evaluation reports in a systematic manner.

Coordinating with related functions to ensure the integration of learning programs with operational practices within Upstream Operations.

Lead the development of a Sustainability culture and consistently driving the implementation of continuous improvement across operational units.
