The Operations team, comprising 47,000 employees, faces new challenges in sourcing raw materials, engineering, manufacturing, and supply‑chain planning.

Your day to day

Assist in developing autonomous/self‑sufficient teams according to EHS Pillar capabilities, through the line structures.

Contribute to the Sustainability strategy definition (linked to Open+/IOS) for the factory.

Act as role model of Safety / Sustainability with Learn Do Teach approach.

Implement the Department and EHS Pillar plan/activities, by acting daily according with defined plans.
