Sustainment Engineer Stf

**Description:**
You will be the Project Engineer for the Spike NLOS & M LRPSM Sustainment Team. Our team keeps the Spike NLOS system mission ready in the field and drives the execution of the M LRPSM prototype, delivering sustainment, technical support, and continuous improvement for these critical programs.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Project Engineer you will be the go to technical lead for sustainment activities, coordinating hardware logistics, risk mitigation, and performance tracking while working side by side with the LSE, USG, and cross functional partners. You’ll help shape proposals, manage budgets, and present status updates to senior leadership.
Your responsibilities will include:
•Providing rapid, expert guidance to the LSE team (both CONUS and OCONUS) on sustainment questions and challenges.
