In this role, you will oversee and enhance client operations and reporting functions within Loans Enablement Operations team. Your role will involve managing syndicated loan processes end-to-end, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in trade capture, servicing, and settlement. You’ll implement strategies to improve service delivery and collaborate with cross-functional partners to streamline workflows. Expect to serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, address complex loan servicing issues, and leverage industry best practices to drive efficiency.
