Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain servers, networks, and operating systems.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Manage user accounts, access controls, and security policies.
• Perform regular system updates, patches, and backups.
• Ensure data security and protection against cyber threats.
• Set up and manage virtualization and cloud services.
• Develop and maintain IT documentation and procedures.
• Provide technical support to users and resolve IT-related issues.
• Automate routine tasks using scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash).
• Collaborate with other IT teams to improve system efficiency and reliability.
