WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?

As part of our team, you will provide user support and resolve tickets from our facilities. Your responsibilities will include:

• Configuring and administering systems (Windows and Linux) .
• Installing individual devices, workstations, and networks .
• Monitoring events and troubleshooting incidents .
• Performing operations and maintenance on equipment and networks (updates, backups, scheduled tasks, etc.).
