Role Overview
Reports to Corporate Business Operations. Responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining server, network, and firewall infrastructure to ensure performance, security, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Design, deploy, and manage physical & virtual servers
- Administer LAN, WAN, and wireless networks
- Configure and monitor firewalls, VPNs, and security systems
- Perform monitoring, patching, backups, and capacity planning
- Troubleshoot server and network issues
- Enforce security and compliance standards
- Support upgrades, migrations, and change management
- Assist with audits (e.g., ISO 27001)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Degree in IT or related field
- 3–5 years in infrastructure/system engineering
- Experience with Windows/Linux servers & virtualization
