This role involves Kubernetes-based application support, cloud environment management, project deployments (including HA & DR setups), and ensuring SLA compliance for enterprise-scale AMI projects.

Level 3 Support end to end provides expert-level technical and manufacturer support, responsible for resolving complex, critical issues and supporting backend, cloud, and infrastructure operations across platforms.
