Systems Analyst (In house)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically strong In-house Systems Analyst to be a permanent, embedded member of our internal IT team. Unlike a consultant or implementation partner, this role is fully in-house — you will own, operate, and continuously improve our Oracle, NetSuite, and CRM platforms day‑to‑day, while also handling the full spectrum of internal IT needs including user onboarding, email provisioning, access control, and IT compliance. You will work closely with Finance, Sales, Operations, HR, and IT leadership to ensure our systems and infrastructure run securely, efficiently, and in line with internal policies.
