Systems Engineer (IT@JH Enterprise )

Enterprise Directory and Messaging is seeking a Systems Engineer who will support Johns Hopkins University and Medicine for all affiliations, including faculty, staff, students, and administrative departments. The role requires in-depth knowledge of various email technologies such as the JH Email Gateway (Cisco IronPorts), Listserv (Sympa), and Microsoft Exchange, which are hosted on Windows and Linux-based systems.

Develop solutions based on extensive technical knowledge, skills and experience; influence clients toward innovative and integrated solutions. Responsible for full lifecycle of medium to large sized complex projects; strong technical skills; strong ability to understand complex business processes.
