This role works closely with our Distance Learning and IT teams to promptly respond to issues in a technical help‑desk environment and to provide expert input into the development of system standards and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical, software, and diagnostic support to clients.
• Provide on‑site network and hardware support to staff.
• Provide technical support to clients on Ministry and OPC systems, including learning management (LMS), work order, knowledge management, and electronic card lock.
  Full-time IT & Technology
