As a T24 PMO , you will lead the end-to-end delivery of complex core banking initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals, regulatory requirements, and operational excellence within a financial services environment. What You’ll Do and How You’ll Succeed Lead full lifecycle delivery of Core Banking system projects, ensuring outcomes align with business objectives and regulatory expectations Define clear project scope, objectives, and deliverables in close collaboration with stakeholders Develop and maintain structured project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to ensure timely and efficient delivery Drive project ceremonies and ensure adherence to the selected methodology, whether Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid, with Scrum Master practices as an advantage Monitor project progress proactively, identify risks early, and implement effective mitigation strategies Coordinate across cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, QA, and infrastructure to ensure se...
