Technical Skills:Engage with business stakeholders and leadership to gather requirements and plan dashboards.Understand, clarify, and translate visualization and reporting requirements into BI solutions.Lead the design, development, and maintenance of Tableau dashboards and analytical reports.Develop scalable, high performance visualizations using Tableau best practices.Create and optimize data sources using SQL Server and other enterprise data systems.Write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and data transformations.Prepare reports using advanced data modeling and visualization techniques.Define and enforce access controls, row level security, and governance standards.
