Position Overview

Role Summary
The Tailor is responsible for all hotel tailoring functions, including uniform alterations, guest garment repairs, and linen mending, while supporting the Laundry and Linen Room Supervisor to maintain service quality and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Mend and alter staff uniforms, room linen, food and beverage linen, and guest laundry items
- Carry out guest garment repairs on request and ensure timely return of items
- Maintain consistent work quality in line with hotel standards
