Talent Acquisition Associate

Role Summary

The Associate position supports PwC’s Human Capital recruitment by managing the full end‑to‑end hiring process for technical roles (Oracle, SAP, Cloud Computing/Data Engineering). The role works with hiring managers, identifies and engages high‑quality candidates, and guides them through selection to offer.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ownership and accountability when handling technical or non‑technical requisitions.
• Utilize appropriate sourcing and recruitment methods to attract passive and active candidates.
• Conduct the entire recruitment flow: requisition acquisition, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering.
• Shortlist candidates based on hiring team requirements, perform initial screening, and conduct interviews.
• Build rapport with candidates and stakeholders, providing guidance throughout the hiring process.
