Join as a Talent Acquisition Intern to gain hands‑on experience in recruitment, employer branding, and HR operations at Southwoods, Laguna.
Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media platforms, and campus networks.
- Screen resumes to shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Support the onboarding process, including documentation and orientation coordination.
- Help draft and update job descriptions and job postings.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives (events, outreach, social media campaigns).
- Provide support in HR projects and administrative tasks as needed.
