Talent Acquisition Intern (Start ASAP)

The Talent Acquisition Intern will support end-to-end recruitment operations, focusing on candidate screening and profiling to aid the selection process.

Your Role

• Sourcing, screening, and evaluating qualified candidates for all external requirements.
• Profiling initial and behavioral interviews and presenting qualified non-agent/agent candidates to the hiring manager.
• Overseeing the scheduling of department interviews with the appropriate hiring manager.
• Facilitating a smooth internal hiring process.
• Encoding necessary information into the system accurately and timely.
• Supporting the entire team in meeting hiring targets.

About You

• Currently pursuing a College Degree in any field and completing internship hours.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
