Job Description for TA Banking

• Assigned to a client project for recruitment funneling within banking domain
• Identify fulfillment channels (e.g., agencies, career website, job boards, LinkedIn, employee referral)
• Monitor and track candidate status across hiring process
• Analyses the recruitment metrics and SLA to identify root causes, interventions and monitor execution/closure of related actions
• Analyses sourcing strategy including the data on sourcing channel effectiveness (i.e. agencies, career website C job boards, LinkedIn, employee referral)
• Analyses agency performance pipeline and support weekly agency cadences C individual tracker maintenance
• Handling internal stakeholders and coordination of profiles
• Employment Pass process and understanding
• Handling of Manual tracker of profiles shared to both vendors and internal stake holders.
