Opportunity Description
1. Strategic Sourcing and Pipeline Management
- Develop and execute creative, multi-channel sourcing strategies (e.g., Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks) to identify passive candidates.
- Focus on building diversetalentpipelines for hard-to-fill and high-volume roles, particularly withinIT, admin and ops areas .
- Conduct initial candidate screening to assess qualifications, interest, and cultural fit with company's values and academic environment.
- Manage and track all candidate activity, data, and market intelligence within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
2. Market Intelligence and Stakeholder Partnership
- Provide market intelligence ontalentsupply, compensation trends, and competitor activities within the tertiary education and tech sectors in Singapore and APAC.
