Responsibilities

• Lead talent acquisition strategy (not daily recruitment).
• Partner with L&D, recruiters, HRBPs, and hiring managers.
• Explore new recruitment practices and solutions.
• Align TA process with employer brand/EVP.
• Drive process improvements for a strong talent pipeline.
• Provide strategic direction and monitor TA metrics.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Track, analyze, and report key metrics.

Experience

• 7+ years in talent acquisition or similar.
• Global TA expertise (branding, candidate experience, technical recruitment, AI/tech).
• Proven success in large-scale global TA initiatives.
• Experience working with senior leaders and HRBPs.
