Opportunity Description
Job Purpose: Lead Talent Acquisition for Real Estate / EPC Projects by delivering timely and high-quality hiring for technical, project, and corporate roles, with strong execution and stakeholder alignment. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition: Partner with Project Heads, Business Heads, and HODs to plan and deliver the annual manpower plan across projects and HO functions, track quarterly against approved budgets Drive end-to-end hiring for roles across Project Management. Collaborate with stakeholders to define role requirements and create clear, market-aligned job descriptions Build strong talent pipelines for critical and niche roles.
