As we expand, we are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our Human Resources team in Kuala Lumpur, Sungai Besi Lakefields.

The Role

As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will provide strategic leadership for recruitment operations, systems, and programs that support hiring across the organization. This includes talent networking, partnership program, searches, screening, interview, offer negotiation, onboarding, and employer branding. Your expertise will drive improved hiring outcomes through strong people leadership, effective governance, data‑informed decisions, and close partnership with HR teams, business leaders, and external service providers.
