Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end-to-end recruitment activities for middle-level hiring across manufacturing, R&D, operations, and service domains. The role requires expertise in hiring for corporate & plant-level positions, managing recruitment systems, and leveraging data-driven approaches for decision-making. Key Responsibilities 1. End-to-End Recruitment Management Manage the complete recruitment life cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding. Handle bulk and niche hiring for manufacturing, plant operations, R&D, and service roles . Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and define job specifications. Ensure adherence to timelines, quality metrics, and hiring targets. 2.
